Learn how to request deletion of your data from PostPilot

Delete Your Account and Data
You can request deletion of your PostPilot account and all associated data

Option 1: Delete from Dashboard

  1. Log in to your PostPilot account
  2. Go to Settings in your dashboard
  3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section
  4. Click "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your deletion request

Option 2: Contact Us

If you need assistance or prefer to request deletion via email, contact us at:

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide your account email address.

What Data Gets Deleted?

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your account information (name, email, password)
  • All connected social media accounts and tokens
  • All scheduled posts and post history
  • Media files uploaded to your account
  • Payment and subscription information
  • All personal data associated with your account
Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

Note: Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance and analytics purposes, but it will not be personally identifiable.
