Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create and post through our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service.
Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by PostPilot and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. You must comply with each platform's terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms, including suspension or termination of your accounts.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with reasonable notice when possible.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostPilot from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PostPilot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of our jurisdiction.
